Tiffany Glenn, Founder & CEO of The Lux Culture, brings over six years of experience in executive accommodations and nearly a decade in leadership and operations. She built her business around understanding what high-level professionals actually need: seamless integration, not just a place to stay.
After operating a successful business in Michigan, she rebranded in 2023 to reflect her evolved vision of what luxury means—privacy, wellness-focused environments, and service that anticipates rather than reacts.
She works with corporate executives, organizations relocating senior leadership, and professionals who understand that time is their most valuable asset. Her approach is simple: curate the residence, coordinate the services, eliminate the friction.
Now based in Orlando with a team bringing over 20 years of combined experience in finance, HR, and operations, she’s building The Lux Culture as Orlando’s selective framework for executive presence.

Allison O’Baker is a fractional CFO with 20+ years of experience providing strategic financial leadership across multiple industries.
