Founder & CEO

Tiffany Glenn, Founder & CEO of The Lux Culture, brings over six years of experience in executive accommodations and nearly a decade in leadership and operations. She built her business around understanding what high-level professionals actually need: seamless integration, not just a place to stay.
 
After operating a successful business in Michigan, she rebranded in 2023 to reflect her evolved vision of what luxury means: privacy, wellness-focused environments, and service that anticipates rather than reacts.
 
She works with corporate executives, organizations relocating senior leadership, and professionals who understand that time is their most valuable asset. Her approach is simple: curate the residence, coordinate the services, eliminate the friction.
 
Tiffany brings a dual perspective that few can offer. As a credentialed aviation professional with four years of airline experience, she understands firsthand the demanding lifestyle of those who live between cities and time zones. This insight is what inspired the development of The Lux Crash Pad, aviation workforce housing thoughtfully designed for crew professionals throughout the United States who deserve more than a layover room.
 
With a team bringing over 20 years of combined experience in finance, HR, and operations, Tiffany is expanding The Lux Culture Brand as a selective framework for executive presence while extending that same standard of excellence to the aviation community that never stops moving.

Allison O’Baker is a fractional CFO with 20+ years of experience providing strategic financial leadership across multiple industries. Her expertise includes financial planning and analysis, data-driven insights, and supporting executive teams in scaling operations. With extensive FP&A background, Allison advises senior leadership on financial strategy, operational efficiency, and growth planning.
